OVERDOSE CAN HAPPEN!

• Be prepared. Addiction doesn’t take a vacation. Carry naloxone and know how to use it. You could save a life.
• Never “use” alone. Stay with someone you trust, and make sure someone can call for help if an overdose happens.
• Know the signs. If someone is unresponsive or not breathing normally, act quickly. Give naloxone and call 911.
